Greg has spent the past two decades immersed in the world of aviation, specializing in the maintenance and overhaul of Twin Otter aircraft. His career began with hands-on work as a structures technician, where his meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise quickly set him apart. Over the years, Greg advanced into leadership roles, overseeing teams and managing large projects.

Drawing on his extensive experience and deep-rooted passion for aviation maintenance, Greg, along with Shawn, started BLKBOX Innovations Inc.
Together they ensure that maintenance operations are not only efficient but also adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.
As one of the founders of BLKBOX Innovations Inc., Greg continues to leverage his technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to steer his business towards success. Shawn embarked on his aviation journey over two decades ago with a passion for flying and a determination to take part in the aviation industry. His journey began with training as a commercial pilot, where he honed his skills navigating the skies.

After gaining valuable experience in the cockpit, Shawn's career took a pivotal turn as he transitioned into becoming an aircraft structures technician. Here, his meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise allowed him to excel in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of aircraft.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a lasting impact in aviation maintenance, Shawn, along with Greg, ventured into founding BLKBOX Innovations Inc
